Pricing: All prices for SolarNova subscriptions are listed on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a Monthly/Annual basis.
Payment Processor: Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By subscribing, you agree to provide Razorpay with valid payment information.
Taxes: All fees are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST).

User Cancellation: You may cancel your SolarNova subscription at any time through your dashboard.
Termination by GenIntel: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if these terms are violated or if payment is not received.

5. Intellectual Property :

All content, software, features, and functionality provided through SolarNova are the exclusive property of GenIntel. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our software.

6. Limitation of Liability :

GenIntel shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Solarnova service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law :

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra
